The rain chain was easy to install. It is beautiful. We have received lots of compliments on it. After installing the rain chain we tested it and it worked. There wasn’t too much splash and overspray. I gave it a 4 rating because the Northwest rainy season hasn’t arrived yet so I haven’t seen how it will truly function in the rain. From what I have seen I do recommend this rain chain.
