It's high quality, and even the chain links are beautiful. It's already developing a beautiful patina. Thank you for including the hanging accessory needed to attach to our gutter. I'll be buying this as a gift for my friends and family in the future.

Monarch input an incorrect label for our address, and the UPS delivered package was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully our phone number was on the package, and we were able coordinate pick it up ourselves. I have need for another rain chain and I'm crossing my fingers that the next order will go smoother.

Seems to work fine

Just as described, it looks great and the copper is changing to give it life and an interesting detail to our home. Shipping was on time. Definitely get the additional copper adapter for a clean look and transition down spout from the gutter. We bought another for our backyard to flow into our rain barrel because we liked the initial purchase so much.

Can't give you a review yet because we haven't had any rain yet to check them out.

the product that i purchased is excellent. i have nothing but good things to say about the rain-chains. the delivery of the product was poor. i paid for two day and received it 6 days from your date of mailing.. not your fault but the carriers.
